decent stay, a problem encountered
vehicle entrance hotel premises
the fitness center had good trainers.
the auto i arrived in wasn't allowed in the hotel premises, so i needed to walk from the entrance to the lobby. i find this irritating. jw marriott allows autos, i dont understand why this hotel act this way.

missing bathroom lock kerosene smell
the rooms were spacious and the room service was excellent.
my bathroom did not have a lock, a problem for non-couples sharing a room.. the wood paneling had too many colors, a choice i disliked. kerosene smell assaulted my senses upon entering the premises.

underwhelming stay, service issues and smoke smell
heavy smoke smell smoking wing
The staff overall was quite helpful. the check-in experience was subpar.
I encountered a heavy smoke smell in my room. i was told the wing was smoking, yet the room was supposedly non-smoking. This explanation made no sense. i requested a room change and had to wait in the corridor after packing my bags. There was no apology for the inconvenience.

king suite fast wi-fi international channels
I just loved the complimentary upgrade to a Grand King Suite! it had separate living and sleeping areas. i also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi. I streamed movies without any buffering. plus, i found many international channels on the tv.
the hotel has a very slightly musty smell in some hallways, i noticed.

Refined stay in a vibrant location
attentive staff prawn biryani
The staff, especially in the restaurants, was attentive. They made sure every need was met. my dining experiences at soma were nice. I particularly enjoyed the chef's special prawn biryani. the in-room dining service was prompt. It was a very convenient addition to my stay.
The bathroom was a bit dated. It could use some updating to match the fresh look of the rest of the room. the design felt a little retro.. it didn't quite align with the modern vibe of the hotel.

The club oasis gym featured up-to-date equipment. Trainers like sachin were very helpful, guiding guests effectively. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. It was an excellent start to each day. there are multiple dining options. Guests have many choices from indian to italian cuisines.

fresh fruit personalized choices pet friendly
the breakfast buffet was excellent (i especially loved the fresh fruit selection). the restaurant manager helped us with personalized choices. he even arranged for us to sit outside with our pet so we could all dine together.
I noticed that the outdoor pool area could use some better signage. It was a little hard to find.
